What Was Broken
My client is a travel agent based out of Jackson, Tennessee. She handles clients all across the world from US, Europe and even Asia. Her main clients are from the United States and she caters towards them, specifically, girls trips and black travelers. She specializes in group trips, cruises and resort style vacations and excursions. She frequently travels to Carribean countries such as Bahamas, Jamaica, Puerto Plata, St. Martten. However, she has been known to do special trips to Italy, Germany and France. She holds seasonal events when she can.
As far as outreach she relys on her Facebook group page ran by her, her grandson and granddaughter. Her most of her clients are family and friends but she has been looking to expand beyond them. Her first milestone is getting a website.
How We Fixed It
Our first strategy was to get her a starter site. She needed an online prescence. Cold calling and email is nice but in 2026 online is the best place to reach a globalized audience. She showed sites that she liked and brands that she admired and we used that as a guide.
We wanted give her, her own personalized space online first. Then we could explore options like ranking on Google, email outreach and social media.
What We Actually Built
We built her a starter website to fix this. It was responsive and had branded colors. We even provided her a logo that she was estatic about.

After a few months of growth. She came back to us to upgrade her services. With that, we upgraded her to a full Wordpress site, optimized her website with more pages, SEO optimized, and started producing content on her blog. We also set up her Google Business Profile and even optimized her facebook group just for kicks. Did I mention there is also an instagram now?
